Nicole Krois and Madeline Swenson presented their research projects at the Hinman Student Research Symposium on November 3-5, 2017 in Memphis, TN. Nicole's project was called, "Preliminary Validation of a European Instrument to Measure Clinical Learning Environments for Dental Students (DECLEI) in an American Dental School". Madeline's project was called, "Peri-Implant Mucosa Dynamics around Divergent and Concave ATLANTIS™ Abutment Transition Profiles".


Shaan Desai     James Park

Shaan Desai and James Park presented their research projects at the Iowa One Health Conference in the College of Public Health Building at the University of Iowa on October 14, 2017. Shaan's project was called, "Discovery of a Novel Variant in Retinoid-related Orphan Receptor Alpha in Non-syndromic Orofacial Clefts in African Populations". James' project was called, "Identifying Variants Contributing to Nonsyndromic Orofacial Clefts in Dachshund Family Transcription Factor 1 Gene in African Populations".
