Assist and work with dentists, dental students and dental hygienists.  Provide chairside dental assistance to faculty and graduate dental students in treatment of dental patients. The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry is searching for a full-time Research Assistant.  Will provide research assistance for Dr. Brad Amendt’s lab by organizing, caring for and obtaining tissue from multiple mouse colonies.  Prepare and analyze genotyping results.  Prepare DNA and RNA samples for analysis. Clone new DNA molecules. Prepare, purify and do quality control on DNA clones.
