100% Instructional Resource Associate-Dental Lab – Prosthodontics – Req #19002733

Participate and contribute to research team committed to addressing basic science questions pertaining to cranio-facial and dental development.  Provide research assistance for lab by organizing, caring for and obtaining tissues from multiple mouse strains and colonies.  Dissect tissues and obtain biological samples such as blood or lymph nodes from mice.  Perform tissue culture and cell based experiments.  Prepare and analyze genotyping results. Prepare DNA and RNA samples for analysis.  Clone new DNA molecules.
