Department of Orthodontics
The University of Iowa's College of Dentistry invites applications for an endowed, full-time tenure-track faculty
position in the Department of Orthodontics. The position carries with it substantial funding for salary support
and program development. Major responsibilities include: advancement of the orthodontic specialty through teaching
innovation and research; teaching and clinical supervision of orthodontic residents; and participation in the
department's intramural practice. The position is currently available; screening begins immediately. The successful
applicant must have: DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited institution or foreign equivalent; completed advanced education
in orthodontics from an ADA-accredited institution; received certification by the American Board of Orthodontics; and
possess sufficient stature to be qualified to be appointed to an endowed position. Academic rank, track, title, and
