non-collagenous proteins in altering the temporal and spatial formation of a mineralizing extracellular matrix;
6) Evaluation of
steady state message for bone related proteins using linear PCR amplification of a CRNA first strand pool derived from osteoblastic
cells;
7) The transduction cascade mechanisms involved in regulating mineralization;
8) Relationship between dynamic stress loading
from dental and orthopaedic implant systems and cortical strain responses as a function of loading parameters, cortical bone
properties and framework design;
9) Clinical outcomes assessment of dental implant treatment;
10) Computer simulation of learned
tactile responses and studies for developing a robotic force feedback teaching and clinical outcomes evaluation.
Teaching Activities: Dr. Stanford teaches didactically at the undergraduate level.
His primary role is didactic and clinical teaching at the post-graduate level.
