Dr. Burke joined the College of Dentistry in 2002 as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.

Administrative Activities: Dr. Burke is director of the Muscatine Pediatric Dentistry Clinic and director, Pediatric Dentistry, Department of Hospital Dentistry.

Teaching Activities: Dr. Burke's teaching responsibilities include both didactic and clinical predoctoral and postdoctoral education.

Clinical Activities: Dr. Burke is involved in clinical private practice in pediatric dentistry and is director of the Muscatine Pediatric Dentistry Clinic.

Research Activities: The Muscatine Pediatric Dental Clinic Project -- research and improvements to better understand and treat dental caries for Muscatine children.
