Ms. Solow became associate dean for student affairs at the UI College of Dentistry in June 2009. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Preventive & Community Dentistry.

Ms. Solow has held a variety of positions in UI student affairs since 1994, most recently as assistant dean and director of admissions in the UI Carver College of Medicine.
