Brief Professional Resume:

Dr. Lund served as a faculty member in the College of Dentistry's Department of Prosthodontics from 1987-1993. He rejoined the department in 2007.

Teaching Activities

: Dr. Lund teaches both pre- and post-doctoral students within the Department of Prosthodontics in the pre-clinical laboratories, the simulation clinic, the patient clinics, and in the classroom setting.

: Dr. Lund's research includes dental materials; color in dentistry (color and translucency of dental materials and oral tissues, color measurement methodology; instrumental shade determination); evaluation of prosthodontic clinical techniques; implant prosthodontics; and education research.

National or International Professional Appointments and Activities

: Dr. Lund is a member of the American Dental Association and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. He is an active member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and has served as president as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Lund is on the editorial board for Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and is a reviewer for Journal of Prosthodontics.
