Brief Professional Resume:

Following a private practice experience in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Fridrich joined the College of Dentistry Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Dentistry as an assistant professor in 1988. He became the graduate program director for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program in 1993. Dr. Fridrich was appointed professor and head of the Department of Hospital Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2000.

: His teaching responsibilities include predoctoral and postgraduate teaching.

Clinical Activities

: Dr. Fridrich's activities include the predoctoral and postdoctoral clinics, including oral and maxillofacial trauma call. Dr. Fridrich has a special clinical interest in othognathic and dental implant surgery.

: His research includes hard and soft tissue grafting, osseointegration and the atrophic maxilla, and obstructive sleep apnea.
