: Dr. Fletcher is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In 2003, he received the Rudy Minger Memorial Award from the UI College of Dentistry. In 2004, he received the Hoffer Memorial Award and the Class of 1929 Award for Academic Excellence. In 2005, he was the recipient of the Fenton Memorial Award in Oral Surgery and also the Dental Class of 1923 Award for Academic Excellence.
